Just as the 1st castle i bought form you the whole service you gave me was nothing short of amazing.! I don't know how you have done it again for us sweating on delivery as we had an event booked on the 3rd September and was very tight on my lead time i gave you. ( just under 2 weeks ) But, yes you did it, the unit arrived by 9.30am and was quickly inflated by us so we could see for ourselves what we had purchased. All i can say is WOW.! To All at KLC Castles Thank you so much for your help last week with my order for the adult castle last Wednesday. I took a dream booking on a 6 week hire but was asking for an adult castle. This was not due to be ordered until our 2nd phase of castles was chosen but with the earning potential of this booking i decided to track down an adult castle. I located 2 castles one of which was with you guys your sales team were totally brilliant with me. i think they knew that bookings like this don't come up to often and showed me online the castle they had ready. " The Juke Box Adult Castle. So we bought it then and there. You then expressed it down to me and it arrived at 10am Friday 29/7. Well it was due out at 12am so we quickly opened the pallet and inflated it to see what we had bought and WOW was we happy. The art work is totally awesome I was so pleased we bought it from you. it really sells itself but with so little time to spare we rolled her up and delivered her to her new 6 week home. we set the castle up and the client came out to see it and was very impressed with the unit and I must admit i was very proud of them all at your company and I would totally recommend anyone who is serious about there business to view your castles before they go any where else. 2 days after the castle went into my client a board was put up next to it with our company details and we have recieived 3 bookings based on the fact that our castl looks top draw. we are now bringing our next investment forward so be ready for our call Liz we will be calling soon.

Due to our lack of knowledge in purchasing inflatables for hire we first started with cheap inflatables made by UK manufacturers. We really noticed a difference in fabric used and art work. When we had our first castles from KLC it was not long till they were hired out every weekend. We have had loads of good feedback from our customers regarding the artwork.
